I love to add coconut oil to my smoothies, my stir fry, and I like to make a crackle coat for my banana “ice cream” using coconut oil and cocoa powder.
Peanut butter cookies are awesome when made with coconut oil. I also use it for banana bread — those are my favorites.

My favorite coconut oil recipe is oven baked sweet potato wedges. I use coconut oil instead of butter. They taste wonderful and my house smells amazing while they cook.

I use coconut oil for ALL my cooking and baking needs! I also put it in smoothies, eat it straight out of the jar, use it on my skin, use it in cold process soap, dab it on any type of viral or bacterial sores/infections/etc. It’s AMAZING stuff~~~!!!
