I have been MIA for a while and for that I apologize. There has been so much going on and sometimes we have to give a little on something we love to make room for growth. During a recent conversation, a family member remarked on the monotony of our daily lives. That has not been the case for me. I feel like I would love for some routine to settle back in.
There have been unexpected deaths, trips to India (not me unfortunately), family gatherings and now school is out for the kids. I don’t mind some change in life, I know it is the only constant, but I do enjoy the familiarity of routine. I have gotten used to my writing time while the kids are in school and knowing my family is safe and well cared for.
We will survive the bumps and bruises and begin to thrive again. I am happy I can finally get back to my writing about health. It is so important to my life and practice. It keeps me honest and focused as routine is wont to do.
I was able to arrange some new graphics for my site. I love the header and get a little charge everytime I see it. If you are looking for some cool graphics on your site, talk to Lesli at Put a Little Umbrella In Your Drink. She is so amazing. She captured the essence of my blog so beautifully. I couldn’t have hoped for a better visual of vibrant living.
Thank you for your support and for continuing to come back even when I wasn’t always here.
Make today the best day of your life…and let me know how you did it. I love hearing inspiration from my readers.

I’m so glad you are back. I know that I had several recent health scares and I had to take a break from blogging. The best advice my readers gave me was “Don’t worry about us, we will be here! Take care of yourself and your family!” I’m going to pay it forward and pass it along
What a wonderful way to spend the day, Mara! I bet your mom had an amazing day as well.

I’m so glad to have you back! I know how it is. Having a routine is very nice, however life happens. I made today one of the best days of my life, because I got to spend the day in the kitchen with my mother! I love learning things from my mom in the kitchen. She’s a chef and a wonderful one at that!
