Intuitive Eating Webinar Series

Have your weight struggles gone on for so long you don’t remember what it is like to enjoy eating?
Do you worry about every calorie you eat?
Are you tired of counting, charting, and weighing your food?

Creating Balance

Creating Balance

All of these are the result of yo-yo dieting.  Yo-Yo dieting is the constant search for that perfect diet to help you lose weight and feel good without being deprived, eating food you wouldn’t feed your dog and worrying about being “bad”.  Yo-yo dieting has been linked to increased weight gain and poor health in the long term.  As each new diet plan fails it affects your self-confidence as well.  If you have been challenged by your food you are not alone.

There is so much conflicting information about nutrition on the market. In fact, nutrition is a very new science and there is a lot the scientific community doesn’t know about how the food we eat interacts to create our body.  It is notoriously hard to research and investigate because the moment you begin to study how people eat and report their food consumption, their habits changes.  This leads to many confusing reports about what is good for us and what we need to be truly healthy.

There is a way to learn exactly what YOUR body needs to be healthy and vital.  Every person needs different foods to be healthy.  Any diet program that promotes the idea that their plan works for everyone is using marketing to get you to buy their program.

In reality you don’t need any books, diets, fitness plans or tools to learn what you need to be healthy. Your health and wellness depends on your ability to understand the cues your body is giving you and how to honor those requests with the choices that are best for you.  You have more insight than anyone about what your ideal eating style is and how to achieve our ideal body weight effortlessly. Learning these skills are not as hard as you might think.

Eating intuitively is about learning to understand your body’s signals and cravings.  It teaches you how to satisfy your cravings in a way that supports your health. Willpower is not a part of eating healthy.  When you are eating intuitively you make choices based on what your body needs.  The delicate and intricate balance only your body knows informs your choices leading to a vibrant life with more energy than you can imagine.

Intuitive eating will allow you to…

  • make peace with food.
  • stop cravings without willpower.
  • release guilt associated with your food.
  • achieve your ideal body.
