I know many with eating disorders; and as they go through their therapy to recovery; intuitive eating is one of the most inspired teachings they use! If you become so obsessed with the food, counting calories that you can’t enjoy the food any longer, then you are on that fence really close to developing an eating disorder.…it’s not healthy for our bodies or our mind!

I almost always intuitively choose carbs and chocolate. lol Thankfully I’ve always had a high metabolism– I do need to start eating healthier for the new year though.
