    It really does gets eas­ier as it takes longer. I remem­ber the how felt sorry for myself the time I was under­go­ing a diet pro­gram. I was lucky to have a friend to moti­vate me since I was suf­fer­ing so much that I can’t count how many times I wanted to quit. Any­way, exer­cise and eat­ing healthy is part of my lifestyle now and I feel stronger and more con­fi­dent about myself.
