Cooking has been a struggle for me since my children were born. I have been cooking as long as I can remember. My mother tells me I began cooking at 3. I was making dinners for the family by the time I was 8 years old. I took over the job when my mom returned to school then work after my father passed away suddenly in my tweens. My formal education culminated in a MA in Nutrition because I love food so much. I have owned and operated two businesses centered around cooking and food, specializing in vegetarian cooking. I have cooked personally and professionally for more than 37 years.
