I completed the challenge. Wow! What a journey the last three weeks has been. I have really kicked my pasta/bread habit in a big way. If I eat either once a day that is a big deal for me. It has been by comfort food for several years now and I am happy to be done with it.
What I really loved from this challenge has been the workouts. They are really intense and pushed me to my limits many times over the last few weeks. I am happy to say that I know my body has changed a lot in the past few weeks. I feel stronger, look slimmer and have far more energy. I can’t remember the last time I drank a cup of coffee.
