I used to make these for a local craft fair when we did the catering. They were always one of our top sellers. They are so yummy and versatile. It’s easy to change the flavors to anything you like. Ingredients 2 cup whole wheat pastry flour ¾ cup unbleached all-purpose or white bread flour ¾ c up rolled oats 1½ tsp baking powder ¾ tsp baking soda 3 Tblsp poppy seeds 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp fine sea salt 1 cup plain yogurt ½ c up melted unsalted butter ½ c up pure maple syrup 2 tsp Lemon extract
