I used to make these for a local craft fair when we did the cater­ing. They were always one of our top sell­ers. They are so yummy and ver­sa­tile. It’s easy to change the fla­vors to any­thing you like. Ingre­di­ents 2 cup whole wheat pas­try flour ¾ cup unbleached all-purpose or white bread flour ¾ c up rolled oats 1½ tsp bak­ing pow­der ¾ tsp bak­ing soda 3 Tblsp poppy seeds 1 tsp ground cin­na­mon 1 tsp fine sea salt 1 cup plain yogurt ½ c up melted unsalted but­ter ½ c up pure maple syrup 2 tsp Lemon extract
